big girl bed first, then potty. And maybe limit the paci to the bed after she gets the hang of staying in the bed.
Brenna had zero issues with her big girl bed and we are limiting the pacis to bedtime/naptime/ total meltdown recovery. We're holding off on the potty training until the bathrooms are done being remodeled but I think she's ready for that too.

I agree, potty training last! No sense trying till she's good and ready. Do you have a baby-gate handy for the big bed switch? Sometimes that's really the only thing for us that will keep our kiddos in bed. (or in their bedroom, anyway.)
