Way back there you can see one of her molars popping through. 
Unfortunately, she is still working on the molar on the bottom left side, as well as one of the bottom front teeth. Luckily, the two top molars came in without us knowing what was going on--surprise! :)

I feel your pain. Abby just popped the last one through. Hopefully, Gabbi will be feeling better soon.
